Contact Us – The Freedom Library

Freedom Library Club is a 501 c(7) incorporated Private Membership Association. We are a private club with select membership. We do not reduce human beings to simple labels nor would we ever discriminate against any legally protected class under Federal or California law. Our membership is selective to those individuals who genuinely enjoy a positive learning environment. Membership dues are paid monthly or in lump sums. Membership can be suspended for not adhering to our code of conduct. The Code of Conduct policy document is available to all accepted members. Freedom Library Club is not a school of record. Freedom Library Club partners with Studia Nova to provide students a private virtual school. Studia Nova manages all compliance documentation including transcripts and private school affidavits (the exemption from attending public school). Students enrolled in Studia Nova may choose to do their online work at Freedom Library Club where we provide an enjoyable academic environment. Freedom Library Club does not accept charter school vouchers. Through our master agreement with Studia Nova, additional tuition fees are not required for Freedom Library Club members. Studia Nova enrollment is not a requirement for club membership. If members are no longer able to enjoy our on-site learning environment, they may continue their online school with Studia Nova independent of Freedom Library Club membership. However, if your student is no longer a member of Freedom Library Club, you will need to pay tuition directly to Studia Nova.

Membership(Required)

I understand the Freedom Library Club is a 501c(7) incorporated private club.

I agree to pay membership dues.

My membership may be suspended for not adhering to code of conduct.

Freedom Library Club is not a School of Record.

Freedom Library Club members do not pay extra tuition to Studia Nova.

If I am no longer a member of Freedom Library Club, I may have to pay Studia Nova tuition.

Freedom Library Club dues may not be paid with Charter School Vouchers.

Freedom Library Club is not a licensed daycare, minors may be on-site for a limited amount of time without parent supervision or participation. Supervision may be provided by a family co-op per HSC § 1596.792. In order for your student to attend Freedom Library without your supervision, you must participate in a co-op and volunteer as such.

minors(Required)

I will not use Freedom Library Club as a day care.

If I am unable to supervise my child I will join a co-op.

I may not pay other parents to supervise my child at Freedom Library Club.

Summer camps do not require parent co-ops.

Joining a co-op does not affect my membership dues.

For minors enrolled in the private online school, Studia Nova, student information including, emergency contact information, parent contact information, student grade year level, and student login and passwords will be shared with appropriate Freedom Library Club staff and volunteers so they may better assist students enjoying their learning activities.

I allow parent and emergency contact information to be shared between Freedom Library Club and Studia Nova.

I allow Studia Nova to share log-in and passwords for student accounts with Freedom Library Club.

I allow Freedom Library Club staff and volunteers to view student work as needed.
